Use the positive power of words for your wingwave self-coaching!
Think of a self-coaching topic: a lecture, an upcoming conversation, clearing the desk, a sporting activity.
If the topic initially causes a feeling of stress, pick two words from the Stress Words List which best describe the unpleasant feeling of stress, and click on them. If you feel OK with your topic, move on to item three.
Now move to the list of „Positive Words“: how would you prefer to feel when handling this topic, how would you prefer to experience the world, or react? Pick out three words which best describe your desired status in connection with this topic.
Select your wingwave music which you would like to use to handle the respective topic.
Put on your headphones, get comfortable, listen to the music. Allow your topic to briefly enter your thoughts. Then look at the screen and allow your Magic Words to take effect. When the word sequence has ended, close your eyes, continue to listen to the music, think about your topic. And now sense how the effect of the positive „Magic Words“ becomes interwoven with your topic. Your topic is now ‚charged‘ with good word energy.
