How does the wingwave coaching "Work-Health Balance" work?

wingwave "Work-Health Balance" coaching familiarises you with methods from behaviour psychology that enhance your health and wellbeing through stress management, relaxation and creative performance.

The principle of the "wingwave effect" applies here too: minimal self-coaching commitment for maximum benefit at just the right moment.

The coaching offers modern self-coaching methods for a daily activity-relaxation balance.

Coaching participants

Do you want to reduce stress, be calm and stable inside and regularly feel full of energy in a long-lasting way? And would you be happy if you didn’t have to invest any additional time in your day-to-day routine - after participating in the coaching - and benefit from this effect? With the wingwave coaching you can simply allow relaxation and stress reduction to become a part of your daily life, without spending additional time on it. This is useful for anyone who wishes to link work and leisure with a good feeling about life on a day-to-day basis and enjoys using tech like apps, tablets, and music-playing devices.

Participants include:

  • Professionals
  • "Family managers", such as parents
  • Business teams
  • Pupils, students and trainees

For work-health balance!

wingwave coaching supports work-health balance, not just work-life balance, as this would mean that we could only truly start living after we left work. But we can also shape and experience our day-to-day activities in a way that allows us not just to power through all our energy in a one-sided way, but to learn how to combine energy and relaxation with what we do. And without needless fatigue, our free time becomes a lot more pleasant, too.

Eight mindful wingwave units:

Every topic brings relaxation, stability and creativity into your day-to-day, leading to an effective ‘stress immunisation’. The wingwave coaching topics are as follows:

  1. Overcoming stress: how and where does the wingwave coaching work?
    Introduction to "brain-friendly" relaxation coaching
  2. Emotional balance: let feelings of stress drain away
  3. Health and energy through positive emotions
  4. Joy in movement and sport motivation
  5. Managing cravings for unhealthy food, shopping frenzy and the media maelstrom
  6. Resourceful self-motivation
  7. Active stress-management: Stress immunisation and "flow" for work and everyday errands
  8. Calmly communicate with others

Coaching process and group size

Each unit is practised in 90 minutes in a group of no more than 15. If more people are taking part, the coach works with assistants who are trained in wingwave coaching.

Coaching either takes place through several group meetings or a two-day intensive event. Coaching in the eight individual modules is also available by request - for example, through businesses.
