Terms and conditions

a) Upon successful completion and signing of the wingwave-coach-contract the training participant will be a member of the wingwave quality circle of the Besser-Siegmund-Institut GmbH as a coach.

b) The wingwave-coach will make the request for registration of the participant on the homepage of the organizer immediately available to the Besser-Siegmund-Institut GmbH [www.wingwave.com]. To the extent requested, a link to the homepage of the coach will be provided.

c) Contents of such registration are exclusively subject to the review of Besser-Siegmund-Institut GmbH.

d) The membership of the wingwave quality circle is limited to the calendar year, in which training was absolved. If the seminar attended happens to end following the first of October of the year in question, the membership will continue until the end of the following year. It will be automatically extended annually, unless the coach does not give written notice of termination by 30th November of the same year. Notices of termination will be accepted by e-mail or by ordinary mail. The coach will then be listed as a "passive member" in the wingwave quality circle for the entire following year and cannot take part in any benefits from the quality circle. The membership, however, can be activated again for the new year at any time by written notice.

At the beginning of each new year each active wingwave-coach will receive an invoice in the amount of € 150.00, including statutory turnover tax, for the membership fee.

e) Further benefits from the wingwave quality circle

• publishing of contact data on the homepage undefinedwww.wingwave.com (incl. coach-profile) with link to homepage and e-mail address of coach.

• participation in the once annually held international Supervision-Meeting for all wingwave-coaches

• use of the internal coach-area on the wingwave-homepage with many valuable materials and extensive powerpoint-presentation

• joint print advertising in selected special journals

• the preferential purchase price for the wingwave-CD at € 15.00, the coach undertaking to sell the CD to his customers/clients for a price of € 20.00. Should there be any changes of this end user price, Besser-Siegmund-Institut GmbH may change the purchase price charged to the coach accordingly.

• opportunity to order advertising material with free space for imprint of own stamp.

f) Notice of termination of the wingwave quality circle may be given annually until 30th November with effectiveness from the 1st January of the following calendar year. Notices of termination sent by e-mail will also be accepted.

a) For the duration of the wingwave-coach-contract, particularly on the basis of No. 5, the coach is entitled to the use of the name ”wingwave-coaching“. Only in a case of inappropriate use (such as inadmissible expansion of product scope or a linking in the web with product offers not connected with coaching) Besser-Siegmund-Institut GmbH will charge a separate fee.

b) wingwave-coaching will always be provided on a high communication- psychologic level, which will be responsibly realized by the wingwave-coach in providing his service.

c) The owner of the name confirms his ownership in all rights in the name ”wingwave-coaching“. For the duration of the contract the licensee is given a simple, revocable, limited right of use within the framework of the contract.

d) No licence fee will be charged.
