wingwave Coaching Congress 2026

BLUEZONE: Longevity

Live healthily – feel consciously – act fulfilled

‘BLUE ZONE · wingwave Longevity – living a healthy, vibrant and fulfilling life’.

Longevity means much more than just a long life. It is about quality of life – vitality, emotional balance, meaning, connectedness and inner strength. The so-called Blue Zones show that people there not only live longer, but also remain healthy, active and full of joie de vivre for longer. The wingwave Coaching Congress 2026 is dedicated to precisely this interplay between body, emotion, mind and lifestyle.

Humans have a highly complex system of body, brain and emotions that can adapt and regenerate throughout their lives. It is not only how long we live that is decisive, but how we live: how we deal with stress, shape relationships, experience meaning and consciously control our life energy. Longevity arises where emotional stability, movement, meaning and mental self-control work together.

At the wingwave Coaching Congress 2026, renowned speakers from the fields of science, coaching and practice will shed light on exactly how these factors interact. They will show why emotional balance, stress regulation, positive relationships, physical activation and meaning orientation are key factors for sustainable health and quality of life – in coaching as well as in everyday life.

Look forward to inspiring lectures, practical insights, interactive exercises and proven as well as new wingwave interventions that bring longevity to life. The Congress invites you not only to prolong your health, but to consciously shape it – physically, emotionally and mentally.

The wingwave Coaching Congress 2026 will take place live at the Hotel Hafen Hamburg with a view of the Elbe and will be broadcast online. Both on site and online, a shared space for experience will be created with exchange, group work and lively connection within the wingwave community – for a deep understanding of BLUE ZONE · Longevity.

Esch has received numerous awards, and his popular books (currently: ‘What do you get up for in the morning?’) are bestsellers.
