wingwave® Coaching Award 2025

As every year, we will be presenting the wingwave® Coaching Award at our wingwave® Congress (November 1 - 2, 2025 in Hamburg). The award will be given to the best success story on the topic of wingwave® coaching in relation to the current congress theme. Send your success story by October 30, 2025 with the subject line: “Coaching Award 2025 Wingtastic: Human Creativity!” to info@besser-siegmund.de and become the wingwave® Coaching Award winner 2025!

Possible main topics:

• Stress management through creative methods
• Own creative strength
• Exchange between artificial intelligence and creativity
• Artificial intelligence and human potential
• Artificial intelligence as a resource
• Consciously promoting creativity

The criteria are as follows:

The coaching case should be related to the topic, be as short and precise as possible (maximum 3 DIN 4 pages) and please make sure that the anonymity of the client and his or her environment is preserved (if necessary, change names and change the framework conditions slightly), if necessary, enclose a declaration of consent from the coachee.

The winner will be selected by a panel of wingwave® trainers and chosen at the annual conference - therefore we can only consider success stories from wingwave® coaches who attend the conference - online and in person.
